Whether you're new to the technology or looking to refine your skills, our on-site support staff are available to answer questions, walk you through features, and help troubleshoot scenarios in real time. No pressure, no rush—just a supportive space to learn at your own pace.

  • Friday, August 15, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 19, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  • Thursday, August 21, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, August 26, 9 a.m - 9:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, August 28, 9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, September 2, 9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Who do I contact if I need AV support in a classroom?

Each classroom has signage at the instructor’s lectern indicating the phone number to call for support. If unsure, please contact ITS Customer Services at 859-218-4357 (HELP) option 5 for assistance. AV Services is located in Peterson Service Building room 124 and services all classrooms on campus.
