Follow the steps below to manually connect to eduroam via your device.
- Open your Wi-Fi settings and select eduroam
- Enter your linkblue ID with @uky.edu (e.g., wlcat123@uky.edu) and password
- Select Join or Connect to be connected to eduroam
Note: For Android devices and Chromebooks, UK ITS recommends connecting via certificate. Re-connecting using the steps above are required after updating a linkblue password.

How can I fix eduroam connectivity issues?
If you are experiencing connectivity issues with eduroam and you have previously connected to UK-Guest, UK ITS first recommends forgetting the UK-Guest network on your device.
If that does not troubleshoot your issue, please refer to the instructions based on your device type below.

If you are experiencing a connectivity issue when connecting to eduroam, visit the Self Service Feature and fill out the eduroam Connectivity issue form. This ensures our Networking team has the information they need to troubleshoot your issue.
