Network Infrastructure Maintenance

UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be performing maintenance with no downtimes expected. The following information is being shared for awareness.

Services Impacted: Regional network distribution equipment. No service interruptions are expected.

Maintenance Window: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 5pm - 10pm

Details: During the maintenance window, UK ITS Enterprise Networking & Infrastructure teams will be upgrading regional network distribution equipment in Patterson Office Tower.

While no downtime is expected, any service owners are encouraged to report any related issues to ITS Customer Services via 859-218-HELP (4357).
