Pinnacle Upgrade

UK Information Technology Services (ITS) would like to inform Pinnacle users of upcoming technical maintenance and upgrade.

On Friday, September 5, 2025, Pinnacle, or parent company Calero, will be releasing an upgrade to our UK instance. The new version of Pinnacle features a modern, redesigned interface that improves your experience while maintaining all the tools and functionality you rely on.

What will happen before the upgrade?

Pinnacle will need to undergo required technical maintenance in preparation for the upgrade. As a result, Pinnacle will be down on Thursday, September 4 for maintenance.

What will happen after the upgrade?

Pinnacle will still be accessed via the same URL and login credentials. The UK ITS Business Office will be providing updated instructions to guide you through accessing reports and other key functions in the updated system.
