Planned Maintenance: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

On Friday, March 24 at 12 pm - Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 10 pm, Marketing Cloud will be undergoing a maintenance window where the service will be unavailable and messages cannot be sent. During this window, the Marketing Cloud Team will be managing a complete reset of Contacts and Subscribers housed in Marketing Cloud to adhere to new contact storage guidelines.

These guidelines can be read here, and all end users will be expected to follow these guidelines for all future audience creation. 

At the conclusion of this outage window, Marketing Cloud Lists will no longer be an available audience option.
