Upcoming Update to VPN Client

Starting April 6 at 6pm, UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be pushing an update to the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client for version 5.2.11-X. Customers will see something similar to the below prompt when logging into the client after this date.

UK ITS asks that all customers select "Yes" to complete this upgrade for the latest features and enhanced performance. More information about this message is available at Why am I seeing this message when I sign in to my VPN client? in the Tech Help Center.
