Select UK apps to undergo multi-factor authentication implementation

UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be implementing multi-factor authentication (Two-Factor Log-In) on select UK applications.

Services Impacted: Logging in to select UK applications

Implementation Start: Wednesday, January 3, 2024

Details: The following applications will require multi-factor authentication after the implementation start:

• Enrich
• SecureW2
• Campus Rec - Innosoft Fusion (Atomic Learning)
• PingOne - Echo360
• Digication (Nursing)
• Reeher (Philanthropy)
• UK Calendar – Localist.com

Expected Outcome: After implementation, users will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication via Duo to access the select applications listed. Justification: This implementation will further enhance the cybersecurity posture for our University community.
