UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) would like to inform Epic users of a known issue as a result of an upgrade over the weekend. Please follow the steps provided here or below to troubleshoot these errors.
1. Locate the Citrix Workspace icon in the bottom-right of the screen (you may have to click the up-arrow to see it)
2. Right-click the Citrix icon and select the Sign-Out option.
3. Right-Click the Citrix icon again and select the Sign-In option.
