The network environment has been stabilized and previously reported issues are generally operating more reliably. UK ITS continues to investigate the network and infrastructure issues affecting multiple on-premises systems and services at UK HealthCare.
Troubleshooting efforts remain ongoing, UK ITS will provide updates as they are available.

UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) would like to inform the UK community of network and infrastructure issues affecting multiple on-premises systems and services at UK HealthCare.
Services affected: UK HealthCare systems hosted on-prem
Impact: Server timeouts, slow logins, virtualization management delays, and monitoring failures to some healthcare applications and services.
UK ITS is working to troubleshoot these issues and will report updates as available.
