ITS would like to make the UK HealthCare community aware of an issue impacting on the Position Review (PR) application, Finance AAQ and other applications. The PR application supports critical workforce processes and serves as an interface between UKHC Axiom, Workforce Management (WFM), Human Resources (Compensation and Employment), and SAP. Transactions impacted by this outage include:
- New and replacement position requests
- Supervisor updates
- Employee transfers
- Separations
- Cost center changes
- Other workforce transactions that affect employee records
ITS has identified the issue and is actively working toward resolution. Updates will be posted on this page as available.
