Where can I get tech help?

Where can I check my email?
Need to check your email? Just hop online at http://m365.uky.edu, and you'll have access to your inbox in no time! For more info on how to log in, click 'Read More'
Why do I have two emails?
University students, faculty, and staff often have more than one email address. Here's a quick rundown:
- Assigned Email: This is your default email, like abcd123@uky.edu, linked to your Linkblue username. All your emails go to the same Microsoft 365 mailbox, accessible via Outlook or the web at http://m365.uky.edu.
- Optional Email: You can create a personalized email, like firstname.lastname@uky.edu, using UKAM. Both emails are delivered to the same mailbox.

Free Software
Looking for software for your classes? UK's centralized portal, Software Downloads, has you covered! Students can find most of the software they need at no cost or at a discount. Just head to https://download.uky.edu and search for what you need.

Note: If you can't access the Software Downloads site or don't have download privileges right now, don't worry. You typically won't have access until you're on campus in the fall. Once your courses start, give it another try!
