What is Early Access?

Starting June 11 through July 10, early access provides users with entry to a test SAP S/4 system before full deployment. Please note that nothing you do during Early Access will be carried over into the production environment on July 20.

During this time, you will be able to see and experience the S/4 versions of the applications you currently have access to, including:

  • Applications visible in the myUK portal
    • Employee functions
    • Manager functions
  • SAP Fiori Launchpad
    • Explore applications you use for work
    • Practice key transactions and workflows
    • Begin understanding any differences in functionality within S/4
    • Note: If you do not currently have access to SAP GUI, you will not have access to SAP Fiori Launchpad

This access is designed to support hands-on learning ahead of go-live.

What Early Access is Not

To set expectations:

  • This is not a full training program
  • Not all business processes may be fully configured
  • Data may not reflect real-time production information
  • Some functionality may still be evolving

Formal training materials and role-based instruction will follow separately.

Why Participate in Early Access?

Taking advantage of early access will help you:

  • Reduce the learning curve before go-live
  • Gain confidence navigating SAP S/4
  • Identify questions early
  • Become familiar with Fiori apps and layout
