Project RISE is the University of Kentucky’s strategic investment in modernizing and improving the way the University uses SAP software and the myUK portal for operations like finance, human resources, procurement and student lifecycle (e.g., enrollment, registration). Project RISE focuses on transitioning from the University’s existing SAP applications to a newer, cloud-based version. What will the UK community see?
These features will be delivered through the redesigned myUK portal launched in January 2026 and modular, cloud-based suite of applications for SAP Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Student Lifecycle and other core business functions of the University. Access to the new systems will be the same, through the myUK portal using the familiar linkblue secure authentication.
