UK ITS will be conducting technical maintenance that will require the network to be offline or have limited functionality in various locations on campus. Each affected location can expect to experience a network outage of an hour or less during one of the maintenance windows listed below.

Planned Maintenance: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Mar 24, 2023, 12:00 PM – Mar 26, 2023, 10:00 PM

On Friday, March 24 at 12 pm - Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 10 pm, Marketing Cloud will be undergoing a maintenance window where the service will be unavailable and messages cannot be sent.

Tableau Server Upgrade

Mar 2, 2023, 5:00 – 9:00 PM

On Thursday, March 2 from 5 pm - 9 pm, UKITS will be performing an upgrade on the Tableau Server and will have limited usability during this time. Services Impacted: Tableau Server Outage Window: Thursday, March 2 from 5 pm - 9 pm For more information visit our Tech Help Center.
