February 2026: University Services View (New)
For those that would like to have a dashboard that does not display employee or student information, 'University Services' is available as a view option on the main myUK landing page. This view simply has a section for pinned items and available announcements.
To see this view:
- In the top left, select the dropdown from the view you are currently on (e.g. Employee or Student).
- Selected "University Services"
To make University Services your default view, or the view that will always display after logging in, hit "Set Default View" in the top right.
February 2026: Time recording & approval (Resolved)
Certain functions that were not working as expected in the new portal have been routed to the classic workflow for the time being.
February 2026: Payroll Lock Notification (New)
An automated portal announcement displays when payroll is locked and no new changes are being accepted.
February 2, 2026: Student Registration & Payment (Resolved)
A known issue where students were stuck in a payment loop (e.g., housing application fees) was resolved.
January 27, 2026: Occupational Exposures (New)
Those that need to report an occupational exposure can now find it located under Support / Safety > Safety.
