UK ITS – Analog Device Decommissioning

This site provides important information about the University of Kentucky's decommissioning of analog phone and communication devices. UK Information Technology Services (ITS) will decommission the legacy system providing analog phone services on August 30, 2025. This includes phones, fax machines, alarms, and other legacy devices. Departments are advised to identify analog equipment and coordinate with ITS to avoid service disruptions. Resources and support are available to assist with the transition.
