Women in Tech Mentorship Program

About the program

The Women in Tech Mentorship program aims to connect those interested in advancing and supporting women in tech careers in order to: 

  • Build a stronger professional network
  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Provide career planning guidance and consulting
  • Gain social connections from contacts with similar interests

Our program allows for flexibility between mentors and mentees, encouraging relationships to grow and develop to fit the needs of our members.

Spring 2025 Mentorship Program Overview

The first iteration of our Women in Tech Mentorship Program will last four months (April – July 2025). Each grouping will consist of three interested participants. Groupings are encouraged to meet at minimum once a month in the method that suits them best (e.g., in-person, virtual). Women in Tech will provide suggested topics to discuss at these meetings, however, they are not mandatory.

Home base for the program will be the Women in Tech Mentorship LinkedIn Group. From there, participants can refer back to topic suggestions and connect with one another.
