Duo Mobile End of Support for Certain Operating Systems
Effective February 9, 2023, Duo Mobile will no longer support Android 8, Android 9, and Apple iOS 13 or older. While Duo Mobile will continue to authenticate on these versions, they are no longer supported by Duo Mobile. With support ending on February 9, Duo Mobile will no longer be pushing security or maintenance updates. It is recommended that you update your device to iOS 14 or Android 10 or newer before February 9 to keep all the latest security protections.

What Happens if I Don't Update?
Duo push and passcodes will continue to authenticate on Android 8 or 9 or iOS 13. However, these devices will no longer receive Duo Mobile maintenance fixes or security updates.

If you would like to check the version on your phone, follow the steps at Check & update your Android version or Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Please check any device that you use for two factor log-in with the Duo Mobile app.
