Get support from UK Online
UK Online supports faculty with all things related to online teaching and distance learning. From software to course quality, to distance learning compliance and more, UK Online staff enhance student outcomes. The UK Online website has many faculty resources to support your development and teaching of online courses.

Connect to Wi-Fi
Your W-Fi to use on campus is eduroam! Follow the steps below to manually connect to eduroam via your device.
- Open your Wi-Fi settings and select eduroam
- Enter your linkblue ID with @uky.edu (e.g., wlcat123@uky.edu) and password
- Select Join or Connect to be connected to eduroam
Get support with classroom AV
NEW! The AV Classroom Technology Training Room at Peterson Service Building, room 124 is now available for UK faculty to get hands-on with classroom AV equipment in a low-stress environment. Book a time or come during the open labs for an opportunity to practice with the same equipment you can expect to find in your classroom.
Use the Duo app
Multi-factor authentication via Duo is required for most UK technology resources to ensure our systems and data are kept safe. Get help setting up your device or using the Duo mobile app.
Set up Account Recovery Options
Make sure you have a personal email or phone number set up in Account Manager in case you ever get locked out of your account.
- Visit Account Manager at ukam.uky.edu
- Under "Account Recovery and Notifications" hit "Change" next to the items you want to enter.
Once these options are set up, you can visit reset.uky.edu at any time to reset your password.
Collaborate with Microsoft365 tools
OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams are available to you for collaboration and storing files. Learn more about which the collaboration tools are best for your use case.

Download Software
UK's software website at download.uky.edu is available for faculty to download UK-licensed software for use in the classroom.
