Converting Public M365 Groups to Private

Nov 16–17, 2022

On Wednesday, November 16, UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be requiring all public M365 Groups to be set to private. This is to further enhance the cybersecurity posture for our University community. Any owner of a public M365 Group will receive a notification informing them of this upcoming change.

On Friday, July 15 at 11 pm - Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 7 am, ServiceNow will be conducting technical maintenance on their data center that will cause 1-3 brief interruptions to service during the maintenance window.

Upcoming Update to VPN Client

Apr 6, 2022, 6:00 PM – Apr 7, 2022, 12:00 PM

Starting April 6 at 6pm, UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) will be pushing an update to the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client for version 5.2.11-X. Customers will see something similar to the below prompt when logging into the client after this date.

On Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 2 am - 3:30 am, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting technical maintenance that will require wireless internet to be offline or have limited functionality during the maintenance window for Good Samaritan Hospital. Services Impacted: Wireless internet Outage Window: April 3, 2022 from 2 am - 3:30 am Affected Locations: In addition to several intermittent outages, the below locations will experience a complete wireless outage during the times below.
