What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Network, wireless, and voice infrastructure estimates

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with all campus and HealthCare departments that have infrastructure needs. Currently the team is working on estimates for UK HealthCare to upgrade existing network equipment in a variety of locations and are also working with all the Greek houses to provide network equipment, fiber and cabling estimates. We also worked on estimates on all the Information Technology needs for the new Student Center. We have a constant workflow that keeps us moving at times.

What are your workplace values?

It is extremely important to me to listen to customers & uphold the promises made to them. I strive to focus on completing tasks and being accountable to commitments presented.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

My favorite part of working for ITS is the opportunity to interact daily with a diverse staff. I enjoy consulting with a variety of departments gathering input for each unique request for service that they may have. Customers are our business and I greatly enjoy being able to provide them with solutions for their information and communication needs.
