What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

The Network Engineering team is responsible for the design and support for all of the wired and wireless network infrastructure for all Campus and UK HealthCare locations. My primary duties as a member of this team is to support wired and wireless infrastructure, future hardware upgrades and coordination of downtime impact.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

The Infrastructure Project Management Office has been the team I have collaborated with the most on various HealthCare projects. As the network teams from Campus and HealthCare merge into one unit, I look forward to interacting with various departments and staff on Campus.

What are your workplace values?

 I believe in following the golden rule when it comes to treating others. It has served me well in my personal and professional life. Each of us have an opportunity to make a positive impression with everyone we come into contact with but especially with those we work so closely with on a daily basis.  

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

The opportunity to work and learn from so many talented colleagues supporting a vast complex network. Technology is always changing and this job gives me the chance to continually improve my skillset.
