Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence:

I am a liaison between the University Human Resources department and ITS department, assisting with both the hiring process and daily needs of ITS employees.

Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of.

I feel as though employees can come to Gina Lysell or myself with any concerns they have regarding employment or personal situations and receive a timely, caring response.  Some concerns are routine and we can provide a quick fix, but some are more involved, needing further investigation.  No matter what the situation, my goal is to provide answers in a quick and confidential manner.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy, hanging out with my family, going to movies, and travel, especially to the beach and Disney.

Best advice you ever received?

You have two ears and one mouth for a reason, listen twice as much as you speak.
