Service Area: Facilities Information Services

What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Facilities Information Services provides multiple lines of service to UK.  We offer services such as geospatial mapping, desktop/application support, programming/website development, project management, smart campus initiative planning/deployment/operations, standardized digital signage implementation and much more.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We continue to support 30+ individual customer areas which include all of Facilities Management, multiple executive administration departments, as well as others.  We provide services through many of our teams to virtually every area of UK as well as UK HealthCare.

What are your workplace values?

SERVICE!  Mixed in with a truckload of service.  Backed up by a multi-talented team of people that believe in the value of delivering service.  Did I mention we think service is important?  We believe in delivering the best service we can to any and all customers internal and external to UK as to further student success, patient outcomes, and research for Kentucky.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

Being part of a large, diverse group of passionate and talented people.
