What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Implementation plays a critical role in bringing enterprise technology applications to life for the University. Our team partners with stakeholders to provide immersive project management services and experience to deliver technology solutions. We bring a strategic perspective to implementation that bridges between stakeholder and technology to ensure what we deliver achieves their vision.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

Everyone! Being part of Enterprise Applications, we have the opportunity to partner not only with our ITS colleagues, but also any University department implementing enterprise applications. Our current focus includes implementation of various Our Path Forward initiatives, as well as core SAP system solutions, custom application development, advanced reporting, and process improvement to support the mission and goals of the University.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

Impact, passion, innovation. I love coming to work every day knowing we are changing lives in incremental and incredible ways across campus and the Commonwealth. My role gives me the opportunity to partner and innovate with leaders at UK to help achieve their goals.
