What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

As Budget Analyst, I manage all the telephony accounts for campus and HealthCare. I monitor activations and deactivations as well as manage the monthly telephony expenditures related to voice and data, cable, and internet service.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

I work with units all over campus and UK HealthCare—pretty much everyone needs phone and internet service.

What are your workplace values?

Integrity. In billing, it’s important that everything is accurate and that everyone works as a team. I could not do it all by myself!

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

The variety of my job. It keeps things interesting when you are constantly working with different vendors and project managers. I really love meeting different people on campus and learning about what they do. I get to collaborate with lots of different personalities and expertise. I also love the support I get from my supervisor and team.
