Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence.-

Supporting students with in-person tech support at Student Tech Help and enabling students to succeed during their time at the University.

Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of.-

Being able to support students through the Smart Campus iPad Initiative and UK Invest enables us to enhance student life while attending UK and for years to come after graduation.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?-

Currently, I’m diving into Baldur’s Gate 3, and loving it!

Best advice you ever received?-

Don’t be in the business of playing it safe, be in the business of creating possibilities for greatness.
