Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence:
As part of the Customer Services team, I provide IT support to students, faculty, and staff at the University and help contribute to our knowledge base articles.
Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of.
It makes me proud to know I am assisting the University community as well as contributing to our knowledge base in order to ensure that even when I am not available, what I have offered continues to help the University.
What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy playing tabletop games with my friends as well as firing up the grill when the weather is nice.
Best advice you ever received?
"Don't beat yourself up over mistakes made." Mistakes will happen, it's a natural part of life and beating myself up over them does nothing to help fix those mistakes. It's better to learn from those mistakes so they aren't repeated.
