Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence. 

I am the system admin and Solution Architect of the Health Cloud Salesforce ecosystem and I manage the Health Corp Operations team.

Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of.

I would say I am most proud of the Operation Team’s ability to adapt and learn what I ask of them so we can be a better resource for the people and teams we support.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy exploring the city with my friends and family in search of exciting places, events, and restaurants. I also enjoy going to carnivals and fairs with my adorable but rambunctious children and giving them new experiences and opportunities for fun.

Best advice you ever received?

The best advice I ever received is “Don’t downgrade your dream just to fit to your reality. Upgrade your conviction to match your destiny.”
