Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence. 

The largest part of what I do involves user support and issues or question regarding leave quota.

Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of.

I work with a fabulous team! They are all extremely knowledgeable and talented. The various projects our team works on, range far and wide across campus. Most recently some of those have been due to changes and updates implemented in university systems due to COVID and beyond.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love plants! I have many different types and I have a few that are 25 years old.

Best advice you ever received?

The best advice I ever received is: “Don’t let the entire staircase overwhelm you. Just focus on that first step. One step at a time."
