Describe what you do at ITS in one sentence. 

 I help the institution broaden its reach by facilitating access to broader audiences and knowing more about those audiences

Name something about the work you or your team does that you are most proud of. 

I love that my team is constantly in situations where we get to partner with other units both inside and outside of ITS in order to solve real problems. The best thing we do is when we get to not only bring solutions to a process, but also introduce folks to our friends across ITS who they then get to experience wonderful collaboration with.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work? 

I love taking my little girl on bike rides and working on cars. She is always right beside me with her screwdriver to help! 

Best advice you ever received? 

When yelling at us after a loss because several players spent the whole day swimming, my high school coach said “Your calendar and your checkbook show what you value the most” so I’ve carried that statement as a lens to examine myself.
