What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

My team and I are responsible for almost all aspects of phone related communications across Campus and HealthCare. We provide service and assistance for over 26,000 phones and thousands of agents across hundreds of call centers.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

I work with all departments on Campus and UK HealthCare.

What are your workplace values?

I value collaboration with my team to provide positive and efficient solutions for our customers.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

My favorite part about working for UK is that no two days are the same. New challenges and problems present themselves daily and I am able to gain more knowledge while resolving them.
