What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We provide and manage core services such as Active Directory (linkblue Accounts, Login and Authentication), Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Exchange On-Premise, Exchange, Skype for Business, LISTSERV, and many others.  My primary focus is on email, Office365 (Exchange and On-Premise Exchange), and Active Directory.  Fun fact:  During the last 180 days our core services have, at peak times, supported approximately 35,000 concurrent customers!

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We work with virtually everyone on Campus and within HealthCare as they utilize our core services.

What are your workplace values?

Collaboration, dedication, and focus. I enjoy working with everyone, dedicating my abilities to quality service and focusing on challenges.  I am that person who enjoys finding a needle in the haystack.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I am proud to work with such an amazing, tight knit team with so much to offer!  I especially enjoy getting to leverage and work with cutting-edge technology.  In addition, having access to the Microsoft Developer Network and PluralSight subscriptions are a huge benefit since they allow me to build on my skills and learn new things!
