What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Our team provides reporting services for the University’s data, including Student (e.g., enrollment, majors, degrees), Human Resources, Finance, Grant Management, and Open Records requests. We also work closely with Institutional Research to provide data for most regulatory reporting requirements.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We coordinate with almost all areas of campus, including the colleges, the Provost’s office, and most administrative units, including budgeting, research, plant maintenance, etc.

What are your workplace values?

I value teamwork, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to do whatever is needed to provide support for people at the University, who need information to be able to do their jobs well.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy working with the people as much as I enjoy working with the data and reports. One of the greatest parts about working here is the variety of work. You can start your day thinking it’ll be one thing, and then you can find yourself doing something completely different.
