Assistance, first technical evaluation, and resolution if possible, to solve network-related issues.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We are fortunate to collaborate with groups across UK, HealthCare and campus.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

Networking - it's interactive, getting it to communicate, for performance and security reasons. Helping customers to understand how their applications work.
