What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

My position primarily supports users in Interactive video classrooms and meeting rooms In the Med center area. We have many Academic programs that use Interactive video to teach ITV classes to hundreds of students statewide and even nationwide.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We have numerous academic units that we interact with daily. Including many from the College of Heath sciences, which are Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, Rehabilitation Sciences and Medical Laboratory Science.

What are your workplace values?

I value a strong work ethic, dependability, responsibility and of course, being in customer services, possessing a positive attitude.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

My favorite part about being a technology nerd is working with all the latest interactive technology. This makes the job exciting and challenging at the same time.
