What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We provide SAP and SAP Work Manager (SWM) support for all of Facilities Management including Physical Plant Division (PPD) for both campus and HealthCare, Capital Projects Management Division (CPMD), and Utilities and Energy Management (UEM). We help customers with any SAP issues that apply to Facilities Management. One example is supporting our technicians that are armed with iPads who view their work orders and enter time and notes in SAP for their daily work. We also work in Tableau to create reports for Facilities services.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with many units across campus—any department that deals with Facilities Management and touches SAP.

What are your workplace values?

I believe in putting customer support first!

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy providing support, tools, and resources to make a customer’s job easier.
