What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

My team works on all communication efforts for ITS. We inform students, faculty, and staff about upcoming outages, new products/services, upcoming events, and any tech tips they may need to know. Our office also acts as project managers for non-technical ITS projects. I personally work on all graphic design, social media, web editing, and any additional photo/video needs.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We often collaborate with Public Relations in order to align our communication initiatives with the greater University brand. We also talk to HealthCare IT regularly to make sure we are on the same page. Mostly, we collaborate with every different team within ITS.

What are your workplace values?

I value a strong work ethic and being a reliable member of a team. Treating others with respect and having an open attitude are very important to me as well.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

As a UK alumnus, I love being back on campus and feeling the ever-evolving energy and sense of community. Since working for ITS, I have really enjoyed learning new things and meeting all kinds of different people. It seems every day I get to do something different and I really appreciate that.
