Beginning April 26, the myUK mobile app will include an enhanced feature allowing employees to manage their benefit plan dependent information from the convenience of their smartphone or tablet. Employees will be able to edit or add dependents for benefits coverage using myUK mobile for any-time benefit changes or during open enrollment. Using the mobile dependent enrollment tool via the myUK mobile app is optional, as the myUK web version of Employee Self Service has not been changed and will still be available for dependent enrollment.

The "My Dependents" feature is accessible via the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal in the myUK mobile app.

In addition to the new My Dependents enhancement, the myUK mobile app offers several features for employees and managers including:

  • Time entry
  • Leave requests
  • Time / Leave approvals
  • Pay Statement viewing
  • My Benefits Enrollment
