What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

As a Project Manager for Enterprise Systems, I work with the various teams within our division to provide a variety of services to the University-- such as Office 365 and Microsoft products, storage, cloud services, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support, and virtual server housing.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We provide support to the entire University for their use of Office 365 and Microsoft products. We also provide support to specific departments when they need compute, storage, backups, etc.

What are your workplace values?

I always try to focus on serving our customers and following through on commitments to them while remaining transparent and open with communication.  With my colleagues, I think respect and trust are vital to a successful working relationship. It also never hurts to put a smile one someone’s face as often as you can.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

It is great working for the University where I got my degree and seeing how it operates.  Working in ITS and being able to have an effect on the entire University is very rewarding, especially considering the University’s commitment to not just it’s students-- but the entire state.
