What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Facilities Information Services provides several services to campus, such as mapping, desktop support, project management, SmartCampus. One of the services that I am heavily involved in is the new Digital Signage System that the University recently adopted. Our team helps to standardize signage so that they work with campus areas that want to implement the new system.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with many units across campus, but I work closely with Public Relations, Technical Support Services team, and the SmartCampus Initiative. 

What are your workplace values?

I believe in putting the customer first by providing the best customer service, both internally and externally, and creating a friendly and warm work environment.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

Providing support and working with a large diverse group of talented people.
