What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We are responsible for Voice over IP telephony, call centers, call recording, paging, emergency responder, video calling/conferencing and analog services like phone, fax, DSL, and T1 for campus and HealthCare.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate heavily with the rest of our ITS Networking & Infrastructure team as well as Systems Operations. In addition to that we also interact with Technical Support Services and HealthCare IT (Service Desk and Field Services). We coordinate closely with our customers all over campus and HealthCare to support their needs as well.

What are your workplace values?

Personal integrity and customer service are a must. Believing that every person is created with intrinsic value and purpose, I show patience and understanding as I work with others.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I thrive on relating to people, coworkers & customers. It is a pleasure to serve others, fix what is broken, and develop more solutions. I really enjoy the collaborative atmosphere.
