What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We support enterprise computing, storage, and collaboration services.  This includes Office 365 & Exchange, campus data centers, VMWare virtual server hosting, storage, cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), enterprise backups, SAP ERP platform support, and enterprise security operations.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We support the university with our collaboration tools (Office 365 and Google). Working directly with units that need compute, storage, backups, and/or data center hosting.

What are your workplace values?

Transparency, collaboration, and a commitment to serving our customers by providing useful, reliable, and performant systems.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy meaningful, service-oriented work.  My family is full of ministers who focus on doing the greater good, but I loved working in technology too much to go down that path.  Working in higher education enables me to work with the technology I love, while living authentically into my shared family values, and serving our university, students, and state.
