What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Facilities Information Services provides many services to campus, from mapping to desktop support. As part of the programming team, our focus is on developing and supporting custom websites and applications. We support many different projects and initiatives such as interactive mapping and smart campus in addition to applications used in day to day operations.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We work closely with all of Facilities Management along with numerous different units across UK Campus and HealthCare.

Provide the best customer service possible for both our internal and external customers, foster a welcoming and creative environment, and always strive to improve.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

Tackling new challenges every day with talented and dedicated team members, knowing that we are supporting the University and its community.
