myUK GPS (e.g., class registration, add/drop, degree audit)

  • Transcripts
  • Financial Aid
  • Student financials

Tools like Canvas, Zoom, and Microsoft 365 will not be impacted by this downtime.

What you need to know:

  • Thursday, July 16 at noon - Monday, July 20 – Ordering transcripts via National Student Clearinghouse unavailable. (Registrar Transcript Page)
    • Viewing unofficial transcript will also be unavailable in myUK and in myDocs.

  • Thursday, July 16 at 5 p.m. - Monday, July 20 – Adding, dropping, withdrawing or registering for a course unavailable

How can you prepare?

We encourage students to complete any actions related to their courses before July 16 if possible. While temporary processes will be in place to capture any necessary changes between July 16 – 20, best experience will be either before July 16 or after July 20.
