On May 12, 2026, all Student Services, Student Administration and Faculty Services apps will no longer be accessible via the legacy, or classic, myUK portal.
Users will need to access these apps through the new myUK portal at myuk.uky.edu.
As part of Project RISE, the University of Kentucky is moving SAP to a modern, cloud‑based system. This change improves how the University uses SAP and ensures continued support.
What This Means For You
If you access myUK applications in Student Services, Student Administration, or Faculty Services in classic myUK, you must switch to the new myUK portal before May 12.
After May 12:
- Student Services, Student Administration, and Faculty Services applications will only be accessible through the new myUK portal.
- All Student Services, Student Administration, and Faculty Services applications previously available in classic myUK are already available in myUK.
What You Need To Do Now
- Go to the new myUK portal myuk.uky.edu
- Sign in and access these applications through the new myUK portal.
- Update any bookmarks or shortcuts that point to classic myUK.
- We strongly recommend accessing the new myUK before May 12 to make sure you can find the tools and information you need.
