What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

The SLCM team collects, stores, and processes student data associated with the student lifecycle. A student’s lifecycle begins with recruitment and ends when they graduate and become alumni.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

With the nature of a student’s lifecycle, there are too many to list individually. My teammates and I have the pleasure of working with a wide variety of offices across campus.

What are your workplace values?

I believe in positive momentum; I love when others are succeeding and thriving. I do not believe in failure, but rather think of these moments as opportunities for improvement. My goal and intention is to outdo the person I was yesterday, last week and last year.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

My favorite aspect of working at UK has been the opportunity to grow as an employee and person. I feel fortunate to have worked for and beside extremely knowledgeable people. I started in an entry-level position within Student Account Services, through hard work and dedication I am now a professional staff member, serving as a Functional Analyst. My years of experience on the “front lines” provides me with ability to understand the needs of our customers.
