What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

My team and I provide Computing and Storage infrastructure, including centralized backups.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

Essentially any and all of them.  I’m the primary system administrator for central campus backups, which are available (for a fee) as a service to any unit on campus and in a couple of special cases off campus.

What are your workplace values?

I value service and dependability.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy working with all of the different departments and people that this position requires of me. Helping people with my specialized knowledge is very rewarding for me, and I am very thankful that I get to do it for a living.
