Describe what you and/or your team does at UK.

The Fraternity and Sorority Life Office is made up of professional staff members who support nearly 6,000 undergraduate students and facilitate positive and meaningful cocurricular experiences for the fraternity and sorority community. Through my role, I serve as the primary advisor to the National Pan-Hellenic Council and United Greek Council where I manage our office’s marketing efforts, including social media, digital and print design, newsletter, targeted email campaigns, and more!

Talk about the ways you’ve collaborated with ITS and how it impacted your work.

Most recently, I collaborated with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to transition our newsletter and targeting email campaigns to the Marketing Cloud. Using this platform will allow our office to continue to contribute to the University’s marketing and communications efforts in meaningful ways. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud team has been extremely accessible throughout our transition and an overall joy to work with.
