Describe what you and/or your team does at UK.

I direct, manage, and provide creative guidance for all digital and print design projects related to marketing and communications for the UK Alumni Association. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and distributing all broadcast emails to alumni via Marketing Cloud.

Talk about the ways you’ve collaborated with ITS and how it impacted your work.

ITS has been a major help with our department’s transition to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. They have made themselves available to answer my myriad questions and to talk through specific problems I have, to find a solution.
