What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

The team helps various campus systems work together. For example, I’m currently working on an app that transfers payroll files to the bank. I also work on the UK Account Manager, which manages accounts and passwords for anyone with a linkblue ID. We’re working on expanding our identity management infrastructure in order to improve customer onboarding and account de-provisioning.

I recently worked on creating the new UK Directory. It modernizes the UK searchable web directory and also adds a layer of security to help prevent phishing attacks against the UK community.   

What campus units do you collaborate with?

I work with Facilities Management and the Office of Research and Information Services as an advisor for their cloud strategies, specifically with Microsoft Azure.

What are your workplace values?

Be better today than you were yesterday.  

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy having the ability to try out new technology, and I like seeing where it can help improve our processes.
