What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We support, maintain, and upgrade classroom technology, and provide technology consultation for needed repairs for department equipment. Our team provides support for Echo 360, Zoom, and support for the distance learning classrooms , rooms where classes are taught on campus but students are located anywhere in the world, from Western Kentucky to China. We also provide support, maintenance, upgrade equipment for the student computer labs and work with the Student Media Depot. 

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with colleges and departments with technology needs in classrooms, conferences rooms, and offer consultations for offices. Most recently we worked with the Don & Cathy Jacobs Science Building maintaining the 12 TEAL classrooms and two auditoriums. 

What are your workplace values?

Our workplace values are to treat everyone equally. No matter what position they serve in, they all deserve our respect. Each employee and student on campus deserves to be treated equally and to the best of our ability. 

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I enjoy having a new challenge every day. I love getting to play with new technology to help faculty and students learn. I also enjoy getting to work with a wide range of personalities and diverse populations.
